Join us for daikon oroshi hamburger steak and mochi ice cream! Hamburger steaks are an immensely popular dish to make at home in Japan.
Sometimes served with a tomato sauce or a teriyaki sauce, we’ll be making “wafu” or Japanese-style hamburger steaks, which merge Japanese and western flavours by adding grated daikon and ponzu sauce. Our fusion meal will be finished off with mochi ice cream!
